Modalities & Techniques

Wholistic Massage:
A combination of postural assessment, Health & trauma history, neurological/muscle/joint testing,
Remedial/sports/Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, active and passive stretching,
binaural beats for vagus nerve stimulation, visualization tools, exercise prescription with specific cues to aid in improving body intelligence and form along with a treatment/rehab plan to take home

Dry Needling
Use of acupuncture needles to address myofascial restrictions and reduce pain and tightness using the pain gate mechanism
Great for acute or areas to painful to address with deep tissue or post-leg day

Cupping
A myofascial release using a vacuum to lift tissue off tissue or bone instead of compressing like traditional massage techniques
Encouraging blood flow and movement to restricted areas

Muscle Energy Technique
An active technique where the patient engages muscles against resistance from the therapist and relaxing with multiple reps increasing the Range of motion each time and resetting the natural resting tone/length. A great technique for increasing range of motion, decreasing pain and improving movement patterns

Taping (Rigid & Kinesiology)
